nasa4 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of nasa4. Users are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider prior to initiating a transaction.

nasa4's total cumulative liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nasa4 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond nasa4's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. nasa4 will make reasonable commercial efforts to restore Services promptly and will communicate planned maintenance windows via the Platform where practicable.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting nasa4 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period cannot be closed until the exclusion period has expired, unless you are seeking permanent self-exclusion.
nasa4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
In the event of Account termination for a breach of these Terms, nasa4 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance and Bonus Funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within 10 business days.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nasa4 holds its international gaming licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by nasa4's licensing authority. nasa4 will provide contact details for the applicable dispute resolution body upon request.
nasa4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects User rights or obligations — nasa4 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and sending a notification to the email address registered to each active Account.
For minor or non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or the addition of new game types or payment methods), nasa4 may update the Terms without advance notice. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
